1. Introduction

2. Scope of Services
Tax advisory and bookkeeping services include preparation of tax documents, consultations, and record maintenance. Info products include digital guides and training courses. Goods refer to any tangible items sold by TaxLumax.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are due upon purchase or engagement. Accepted payment methods include credit card and bank transfer. Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services until settled.
4. Scheduling and Delivery
Services are scheduled upon receipt of payment. Workshops and webinars are delivered at agreed times. Info products are available immediately after purchase via download link. Goods are shipped to the provided address within the agreed timeframe.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule advisory or bookkeeping sessions by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time via our contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 General Guidelines
At TaxLumax, client satisfaction is a priority. Requests for a refund or credit are handled according to the following conditions.
6.2 Advisory and Bookkeeping Services
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for full credit toward future services. Requests received between 24 and 72 hours before the session will receive 50% credit. No credits or refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time, due to planning and staffing requirements.
Credits can be applied to any subsequent service engagement within one year. TaxLumax reserves the right to waive fees in exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
6.3 Info Products
Digital guidebooks, online courses, and other non-tangible items qualify for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 30% of content has been accessed or downloaded. Requests beyond this period or after significant usage are not eligible for a refund, as delivery begins immediately upon purchase.
6.4 Goods
Physical items may be sent back for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Inspected items found to be defective will be refunded or replaced at no extra fee.
7. No-Refund Services
Certain premium consultations and bundled packages are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of expert time and digital materials. This policy ensures that client-dedicated resources remain available.
